Center House Nashville is a Christ-centered recovery/transitional home, certified by the Tennessee Department of Corrections. We opened our doors in April, 2009, in Nashville, Tennessee, as an all-male facility. While operating as a nonprofit facility in compliance with our 501(c)3 status, we are also a member of the Center for Nonprofit Management.
Our Mission Statement is: By working with and on behalf of, the State of Tennessee Board of Probations and Parole, Center House provides a home plan to those being released from State correctional institutions. Our mandatory program is designed to promote a “structural balance” for our residents on their road of restoration. This structural balance is intended to enhance the rehabilitation process of inmates by focusing on three Key Areas of their lives: Practical Life Skills, Bible Study, and a “Step” Based Recovery Program, as they prepare for re-entry into the community.
Our goal is provide a structured living environment that promotes personal and spiritual growth through the teachings of Jesus Christ, combined with fellowship and accountability.
In order to better serve our community both now and in the future, we must continue to seek support from Corporate, Community, and Personal Sources in the areas of Prayer, Service and Financial Support. The volunteer staff of Center House is committed to the "Road of Recovery" for our residents.
